MISSION STATEMENT

Parenteral Infusion Associates, LLC d/b/a Clinical I.V. Network and Clinical I.V. Network, LLC (CIVN) are dedicated to the provision of quality home infusion services as a safe and cost effective alternative to hospitalization.

The philosophy maintains that home infusion services increases patient/customer satisfaction with their health care experience and promotes well being and recovery through education and clinical monitoring.

The organization and staff are dedicated to:

Providing high quality nursing, pharmacy and reimbursement services that are accurate and reflective of current standards and technology.

Provide those services regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or race.

Maintaining an active process of reviewing and improving the quality of those services provided through our QA/QI Program and striving to maintain a level of clinical excellence.

Support an environment that encourages credentialing and education for the clinical staff to ensure an on-going process of learning and enhancing the level of skill required.

The staff encourage and seek comment and input on the quality of our services and the level of professionalism provided by our company.
