Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations

As part of our on-going commitment to clinical services and excellence, Parenteral Infusion Associates, LLC d/b/a Clinical IV Network maintains accreditation with the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).  Maintaining these standards requires that JCAHO perform an on-site evaluation.

The Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations may perform an unannounced survey to evaluate our compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards.  The survey results will be used to determine if accreditation should continue to be awarded to the organization.  At the time of admission, patients may be asked if there are any objections to participate in the unannounced survey process.

Joint Commission standards deal with organizational quality of care issues and safely of the environment in which care is provided.  Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent and valid information about such matters may request a public information interview with the Joint Commission at any time.  Information presented at the interview will be carefully evaluated for relevance to the accreditation process.  Requests for an interview should be made in writing and should be sent to the Joint Commission.  The request must also indicate the nature o the information to be provided at the interview.  Such requests should be addressed to:
